ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to Covid-19, we will not be issuing any refund and exchanges because of safety reasons.

 CUSTOMS & REGULATIONSYou are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 6-10 weeks for the arrival of pre-orders and an additional 2-3 business days for shipping after processing.

 Regular items: 

Please allow 2-5 business days after you’ve purchased your order and an additional 2-3 business days for shipping after processing. 

 Onye Vè does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.

During the holiday season, shipping delays can occur. If your package has not arrived within 5-10 days from the confirmed date of shipment, please email us at Info@shoponyeve.com. A representative will be happy to help you locate your order to ensure it is in route to you!
